Janine Bell

Janine Bell has been helping people reach their personal, professional, and financial goals since 2005. Her career as a Life Coach began while she was studying Psychology at St. John’s University. During her studies she realized that true well being is achieved through creating a holistic balance of mind, body, and soul. Ms. Bell is a motivational speaker, mentor, and life coach who has coached others on how to live authentically, while releasing habits that are in direct conflict with what they wish to experience. Over the past 15 years she has dedicated herself to teaching, and empowering people on how to live their best lives, through the implementation of practical principles, nutrition, and exercise.
